A visit to West Wales last week saw us staying at Thyme Lodge, Cryngae, Drefeach Felindre, Llandysul, Carmathenshire. I know, don't ask me how you say any of that, apart from Thyme Lodge and Carmathenshire.
Dotted around the farm were old pink gates and barn doors in various states of decay, I loved all of them and I'm not a pink person.
There is something about the texture of peeling paint and the colour's it provides that I really love.
Along with some nice moss of course.
We had the perfect temporary pets that greeted us every time we entered Thyme Lodge.
So a good start to a week in Wales.
